- All staff members have CPR and First Aid Training.
- All administrators and a member from each teaching team have certificates in Safe Food Handling Practices and specialized training in health screening.
- Staff training is continuous. All staff members receive a minimum of 40 hours of training per year.
- Before being hired, all staff must submit an incident free FBI criminal background clearance, an incident free child registry report, three positive references, and a positive health report ensuring they are free from any communicable diseases including TB.
- All staff members are subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Screenings and reports are updated annually.
