Welcome Precious Moments Learning Center

Precious Moments Learning Center (PMLC) is a licensed 24-Hour Christian based center dedicated to caring and supporting families and children from ages one week through twelve years.

We currently maintain (3) locations (infant, toddler/pre-K, and school age) each set up and to meet the development needs of each age group.

While Texas licensed childcare centers are regulated by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) who has set forth and enforces minimums standards for operating a child care center, PMLC strives and is committed to providing services that exceeds the basic standards for child care operations.
